Pastor Hugh has served as the Lead Pastor at VBFN for 18 years. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University and received his Master's in Religion from Nazarene Theological Seminary.

He is married to Becky who graduated with her BS in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University. She is currently employed with Indian River Estates West as Director of Resident Nursing. Pastor Hugh and Becky have one daughter, Bethany, who rcently graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University.

Pastor Hugh has a passion to see VBFN be a community of believers that focus on reaching the lost. His sermons are relative and vital to the day and time in which we live, and he constantly challenges his congregation to involve themselves in worship, ministry, and discipleship by using their strengths that God has given each of them, to be the most equipped Christians that they can be.

Pastor Jeremy has been serving at VBFN since May 2009.

Jeremy and his wife Stephanie are passionate about seeing students rise up and make an impact for Christ in their schools, homes, and church.

Through Pastor Jeremy's leadership students are moving toward an understanding and a deeper commitment to God, and that is only making VBFN a stronger, healthier church.

Pastor Lucson joined the VBFN team in November 2011. He leads a growing and vibrant Haitian worship service. Lucson is orginally from Haiti and has a passion to see his fellow countrymen and women come to know Christ in a real and powerful way.

Stephanie is the director of Grade Aid Tutoring, a ministry of VBFN that helps families receive low cost, high quality tutoring. Starting this month, we will also add a homework center sponsored by Grade-Aid Tutoring.

Grade-Aid Tutoring was founded in August 2009. Stephanie has seen incredible growth in the three years Grade-Aid has been ministering to our community. Grade Aid also offered an FCAT prep class that helped students prepare for FCAT and gave them confidence.

Stephanie is also is our new Kid's Life Pastor in our new One Life Community. She will oversee our kids age birth through grade 5. Stephanie has a pasison, energy, excitement for leading our kids.

Brandon is our Worship Arts Minister, whose responsibilities include leading worsihp in the 10:30 Passion and Praise service. Brandon brings experience in leading worship in traditional church settings, our Student Life Worsip, as well as leading revival and other special services.

Stephanie is the office mananger at VBFN and is vital to keeping the many ministries of the church running smoothly. She also oversees our Strengthsfinder ministry. She has been intregal in having over 100 people take the Strength assessment and receive coaching (see the "Who are You" tab under 'Community').
